In reply to two of your questions i have taken both baclofen for appx 3-4 months i didn't see any significant change in my chronic condition however if i don't take my daily paxil i don't know that i would be mentally stable as i get very depressed from the pain as a matter of fact i call paroxitine the "happy pink pill"
