Yeah Charlie,
As I lay awake in bed, the drugs I started today won't seem to let me sleep but its better than not sleeping because of pain, most of us seem to cycle on and off and within those cycles there seems to be a fairly set rythem to when or how often we are striken. It has been sugested the circadian rythems play into this and surely they must in some manner. But what if it was also largely environmental..... We humans are creatures of habit, we tend to do the same things at the same time every day. It seems like there might be some kind of buildup of some unknown trigger substance in our bodies that waits till it passes a threshold before the little bastard wanders over to the cage to let the beast out. If it was water souluable, or maybe souluable by other substances as well, diauretics would help to flush it and keep the levels more constant and only building slowly. My water obsession and the 3x article would function in similar ways. Since beer is the one that guaruntees my quick onset it might be yeast or who knows what. Mine are really regular unless I drink beer, not jsut alchohol. If that were the case, the key would be to isolate the substance....gee it would be fun to be the first to set up that protocol. Do you know how histimines are flushed...maybe we see so much variation in the presentation of this disease? affliction? scourge? what is the proper term anyway...condition? because everyone has different things which produce histamens..... Are you suseceptable to Red wine? Oh well, just more rambling from a neophyte clusterhead who is wide awake/deadtired and determined to beat this badboy.....
p.s. not I am a science teacher...not a spelling one, as should be obvious.
