I haven't but I dont' suffer many of the night ones blessedly. All I do know is that you have to be real careful about interactions with other drugs when you use OTC sleeping aids.
Good Luck Dear I've been up with you all night to. I'm going to go back and try again. One thought, if its REM sleep when they trigger, lie down for 40-55 minutes and set an alarm. Get up, drink a glass of water and repeat. I use this method to avoid recurant nightmares when they come knocking and it keeps me out of rem and lets me get some little bit of rest.
