Melissa, Are you having troublem getting to sleep or just afraid if you do the beast will come for a visit? If you need help getting to sleep I use one of the PM headache meds. that's over the counter. I work nights so I need something to help me fall a sleep when I get out in the morning. But I have found nothing that will keep the beast away when I'm sleeping.
