Constrictors work as abortives.

They work when the attack is underway.

We know that the mechanism for cluster pain is dilation.

Stop the dilation - stop the pain.

Dilators and meds that prevent constriction work as preventatives. They work to prevent an attack.They do not abort an attack.

Don't make me tell you this again.

I am beginning to think your realtionship with Hub has hardened the arteries in your cerebellum.
