hope this quick post finds that you have not gone postal also hope your pain is better, I don't know if a suit against the doctor will do any good since it's the damn insurance companies which state how much and of which medications they will cover. At least you can get insurance I have danced with the devil for so long that I can't get insurance without going 18months with no headache related meds or dr visits.
