As a chronic CH sufferer for 31 years I can tell you that smells can be a
trigger for Clusters. For me it's perfume, air freshner, cleaners, scented candles,
cleaners, hair spray, aftershave, incense and probaly others I can't think of right
now. About the only thing to do is remember what sets off the CH and things that
are related to that particular thing. If you know that something has a smell to it
like bleach, any strong smell, try to use when your husband is away awhile and be sure
to warn him that you have used it. Even some odors that linger after the initial use
can be bad. OH YES! I think the worse thing for me is finger nail polish remover.
Please don't feel guilty. We have all been there. I'm sure that's why I get paranoid
sometimes. It comes with the territory. Larry
