In my opinion, Quitting drinking (with his huge good results) is a false answer.
I imagine that the people that answer yes would relate more to an 'abortive' method, and not a 'preventative'. Or would define a trigger, and not a 'cure'.
In other words, If I drink I start a cycle, but is not sure that I STOP a cycle if I QUIT drinking
