Woke up with only 2 CH night before last, tried the blow dryer, and it worked within 5 minutes!!!!
THANK YOU for this web site!!!!!!!!! I didn't even take any of my 800 Ibuprofen, which tears up my stomach and makes me groggy for work...
Had tried the freezer before, and that worked sometimes.
I say "maybe just lucky" because I think, after 10 weeks, that I might be at the end of my cycle, and that's why the blow dryer worked so fast, but as I've posted before, I am ready to go on a 12 day
trip to Europe, without meds, at least I know I can take my blow dryer (with an adapter for the different outlet)
Again, thanks for this site. Just the support has saved me when nothing else would.
One fina note, though -- as I stood in the bathroom with the blow dryer aimed at my head, I looked in the mirror for a second, and it looked like I had a huge gun to my head...... I know we've all thought about that in our misery........
