I'm sorry to hear of your understandably upsetting experience. Dr. Urban and his staff were wonderful to us, although I'm sure that he couldn't have done anything to help us had it not been for the insurance approval. In fact, he told us that.

When we first went, our insurance (an HMO) approved only the initial evaluation - very frustrating, as Chicago is a 9 hour drive from where we live (and we all know Clusterheads shouldn't fly)...

Luckily for us, our insurance finally did approve the inpatient treatment - I think that several years of meds to support the chronic condition of my husband did help our case.

At any rate, your outrage and disappointment is definitely warranted and understandable. No offense is taken by me.

I only wish to offer the experience that has helped my family, as all members of the board have done the same for me.
