in the spring of 99 on april 16 I give birth to my second son Riley david harris. My husband and I were in love with the newest menber of our family. Like our first son brett we wanted riley circumsized and the doctor on call refered us to a doctor who did then and would come in the day he was born and do the (ruteen circumsion} well to make a very long three hours i got my baby back. And was told that there was a nick and the tip of his penius was cut off.
