I get CH in the Autumn/fall. I have discovered that I am worse from the latter part of September. This, I have just found out is when the Autumn Eqinox is...There is also one in the apring. I have been looking at the countries from when the CH sufferers come from and not one of them comes from anywhere on the equator. I find this very odd and very strange.
I have spoken to another CH sufferer and we were both very ill CH wise on the same morning and this was the day after the Autumn equinox..
