We have a Doctor friend who also believes that Taco's headaches are connected to a blockage in the liver...he gave me series of pressure points to use to help relieve those blockages.
His diagnosis wasn't based on hour of the day, but on other factors.
I believe that some of the pressure points help somewhat, but it's a little tough to discern subtle differences when he's in the middle of full blown attack.
