The nasal spray has to be mixed up at the pharmacy. It only has a shelf life of a couple of months so they don't stock it. The stuff I used was 4.5% Unfortunately it didn't so much for me.
Non-rebreather mask is the kind that has a bag hanging under it. It ensures that you are breathing 100% oxygen.
