It works for me but i only use it for real short term...like a 2 week vacation where i don't want ANY break thru's. Even at that short a time i get enough side affects that i end up wondering if it was worth it. It's okay as a last resort or like i use it for an occasional vacation but I'd avoid it other then that!!! Good luck!
