My physiotherapist pointed it out to me and told me that a sore spot right there, meant too much work with the old arm/wrist.
I asked her if an itch meant something too. Yes, the precursor, she told me.
Since then, as soon as I feel the itch, I stop doing what I was doing, or try to do it another way.
But - this was before I ever got clusters. The spot hardly ever gets sore anymore, and still has nothing to do with my clusters.
Go figure!
