Sounds like you need to find another Doctor Oxygen is one of the best abortive therapys for CH. ALMOST always works with in about 5 min, Flo setting should be around 7 ltrs I also have had chilled air work but H2O is better. Find a Doctor who has had some experience with these things. What works for one person will not work for another, but this sight has some excellent ideas for your research. Also for any one in the northern California area there is a Northern California Headache Clinic in Mountian View, Ca. The Doctor prescribed H2O for me 13 years ago. Good Luck
