A year or so ago, I tried to figure out what might be causing my clusters and this is my result.

Doc first mentioned stress. So I eliminated all the stress in my life and went on Paxil for good measure. Result - still got clusters.
Then I thought it might be from smoking so I quit smoking. Result - still got clusters and stress again.
Can't be caffine casue I don't even drink sodas or coffee so the wasn't a trigger.
What about MSG and other chemicals in foods? Started eating healthy. Result - still got clusters, stress, and now fast food withdrawl.
Thought it might be REM or other things associated with sleep. But I got them when I was awake.
I was getting desperate now. What about from the lack of sex? Starting having lots of sex. Result - still got clusters, stress, fast food withdrawl, and now a STD.
Got paranoid that is was a brain tumor so I went to my doc and got a CT scan. Started smoking again, started drinking cokes, ate Burger King, and no more sex. Result - not a tumor, no more stress, no more fast food withdrawl, and thank GOD no more STD. But still got clusters
After all of that I came to one final conclusion. My clusters are triggered by breathing. Now since I am not ready to give that up, someone will have to find a cure for this conditon.
The only thing I really gained from my quest was this... A doctor visit and ten day supply of doxycycline costs around $85. A condom only costs $3.
