that I'm a frequent drinker. I've cut back a little lately - I've decided to return to binge drinking, because drinking a little every day was making me fat. Sorry helping me make myself fat.
Anyway, for about 2 years I have had about 1/2 bottle of wine and 2 pints of beer every day. Prior to shrooms, when I still got real episodes, alchohol was a trigger of almost suicidal proportions!
