I am in NYC, so it ought not be difficult to locate it, but I need a name. My doctor is a gerontologist. (Yes, he's not especially useful for this particular purpose, but he's cheap, I have no insurance, and he'll prescribe what I ask for, but I hafta have a name!).
FWIW, I stopped being able to get sublinguals here five years ago, same as the inhalers.
