A couple of comments: Back in the 60s & 70s, I can remember my Dad (deceased) standing in front of the bathroom sink with a hot wash rag on his forehead. It happened every once in a long while. He would stay in the bathroom for extended periods with the door shut, trying to get a handle on his headache. He said they were sinus headaches....but I've always wondered if they were undiagnosed CHs. Maybe they weren't, because if they were, I'd imagine he would have paced around the house in total agony. Not to bash migraine sufferers, but when I hear them say that they just need to lay down in a dark room so they can deal with their headache pain, I think to myself, "What I wouldn't do to be able to lay down or sit in order to deal with the pain of my clusters." One time, I had one last from 10:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. I paced the entire time. I dropped from the exhaustion when it started to subside. And it wasn't just long....it was mean! True story. Call me whiny....but thanks for the indulgence anyway! - Dennis
