I too have just started taking bellergal-s. I am menopausal and I do not want to continue taking HRT. I told the Dr. that I also have trouble sleeping, some nights it seems I don't sleep at all. The pharmacist told me it wasn't made any more and it took a week for him to get it. There is also another name on the label, Bellamine-s. Is that on any one else's? From all the replys, it seems to be used a lot for headaches of which I don't have. I will let you know if it helps me with hot flashes and sleeplessness. Sandy--
