I heard about 5-htp from a friend.Does anybody know anything about it? 5-HYDROXY-TRYPTOPHAN? I`m on prednisone now no HA for 3 days. What a releaf! Oxygen works for me about half the time.I tried a imitrex 50mg tab last week and it didn`t seem to do anything for me.nasal bomb is next!Alcohol is definitely a trigger. I havent had a drink in a month.I still get HA`s usually 2 a day, late afternoon and then another between 12 and 3 am but they are less painful when i dont drink alcohol The late ones are kip 9-10.its like waking up in a nightmare but then you realize that it is no dream, its real and it hurts like hell,grab the o2, pray its not empty and start huffing!
