This is my first post at this site, although I've been monitoring on and off for a while.
I'm currently in remission, but I like to be prepared for when the pain starts again. I took your advice and went back and read the posts from October.
Several posters indicated that they had a great deal of success from the water therapy. Does anyone have an idea of the number of people that have tried this and the number of those trying it that have had either fewer headaches, less sever headaches, or total remission?
I plan to give the water therapy a try myself next cycle. I'd rather get up several times a night to visit the bathroom than several times a night to hold my head in agony!
BTW, thanks for providing this site. It is very helpful and a great comfort to know that I'm not alone in this.
