this profile comes from an article written nearly forty years ago by a Dr G., who ran/runs a headache clinic in Boston
I was a patient there in mid 70s
just forget about it
it's a case of one questionable article being the foundation for many generations of derived articles thereafter - it soon becomes "conventional wisdom" even though it's all bullshit
