Tegretol is (in this country at least) an accepted treatment for trig. neuralgia. If andy really has that too, it is the right medication, and the modern Ch meds will do not too much to combat trig.

Since we find people with clusters AND migraines, it ios not entirely impossible to find people with clusters and trig neuralgia.
