The Doc just said that almost all CH sufferers smoke....and therefore there was a correlation. Don't all Doctors tell their patients to quit smoking?...regardless?...

He did say that if Taco would stop smoking in the middle of the cycle, that the change might send him into a huge attack.

As for making him feel guilty...not quite in my nature...and not something he'd be particularly succeptible to either. I smoked for 15 years myself...Gave it up April 1, 1996 when I found out that I was pregnant with our 3 year old. I LOVE cigarettes. I love the smell, I love the taste, and I love the way they ground you when you take a drag. Yummm.

They're kinda hard on the old lungs if he can give it up, I think it'd be great. He's been talking about quitting for 2 years now. It would be outrageous if he could quit smoking and never suffer another CH as long as he lives. I don't mean to be negative....but I don't think that's the magic bullet.

We'll just have to see.

Thanks for your insight on this subject...I was wondering if anyone had quit smoking and what the results had been.
