Started low dosage daily Verapamil...and zowwy...it's gone!
Pushin hard on all the "triggers" but...no CH....at the slightest and I mean slightest hint of a precusor I pop a Zomig....no CH....yet.
only time will tell but for now I'm PF and makin the most of it.
