I never know what came first...the episode or the trigger. I do know that when I'm episodic, ANYTHING can be a trigger. Cigars, perfume, nuts, alcohol, loud noises, watching a movie are the main ones. I AM real sensitive to odors when I'm episodic, I can't even wear my own perfume.
