for about 6 months. I can't remember the name of it right now as I just am getting up from 4 hours of snoring -- hence even stupider than I was last night. The word "concentrator" keeps coming to mind though. It doesn't "make" oxygen. It takes air from the room and purifies everything out but the oxygen. It hardly worked for me though. When I talked to respiratory therapist at the home health supply place she explained to me that it's not a constant flow and there is a stream of actual room air that flows in every so often as well. In other words, the flow of pure oxygen isn't constant so it's a less effective device than O2 tanks and liquid oxygen tanks.
Mine was also 2 machines piggy-backed. Tell them you want a tank prefilled with the O2 like e-tanks or an M-tank or some liquid oxygen tanks. All the concentrator (?) does is take up space, make a lot of noise while plugged in and on and scare your dog away.
