That may be the hardest question to answer about cluster headache. Try Imitrex injections as it works for many of us. One shot may cost you a half a days pay but at least your going forward. O2 is akward in the workplace and everyone will be wondering whats wrong with you, not a good promotion technique. Use the O2 at home or in the car, If you can go out to your car and see if you can get rid of the bastard with O2 prior to the injection, if it works you will feel much better not taking the shot. good luck!
