Being overly cold and especially cold wind can be a trigger for me. But it's strange that when I wake in the night with a full blown cluster I pack the side of my head with ice and go out side where it is cold. Many have written that they use the cold breeze from the fridge or car air conditioner vent to relieve the pain. Cold causes it and cold helps control it. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. Go figure.
