don't know if you intended this, but:
this addresses the spiritual/mental health side of dealing with CH
it is important to realize there are MANY, MANY, MANY things worse than cluster headache
it helps me tremendously to set a discipline of positive attitude
won't "preach" anymore, and please you folks who "aren't there" yet - give it a serious, prolonged try before you discard it as an idea - I think you'll find that any LONG term clusterhead sooner or later finds it is a necessity, ALONG WITH the medical approaches
