Search the site for Neurontin, you see a few earlier responses.
If you have cluster, neurontin is not for you - you have been mis-diagnosed by a lazy or less-than-competent doctor. Find a headache specialist. There are a few mentioned on this board.
I was mis-diagnosed for 2 years by the head of the neurology department at the Detroit Medical Center and prescribed neurontin. All it did was make me a near-zombie - and didn't reduce the pain or reduce the frequency.
Find a headache specialist!! I did (MHNI) in Ann Arbor, MI. Cluster free for 23 months - I am on Verapimil.
