I am chronic. I get several headaches everyday but the worse ones. The most intense, the most painful, the ones that will drag my but to the ER are the ones I get during my period. Without fail, every month, every time. I am getting a complete hysterectomy in a couple of weeks. It will be interesting to see what happens then. My dr. is hoping that the bad ones will go away after my sergery. However, I am worried because heat is also a trigger for me. I cant have any hormone replacement therapy for one year. If I get night sweats or hot flashes I might be in worse shape than if I was getting my period. Time will tell.
