Hi all. Cool site! I'm just on the trail end of a bout right now. Sifting through these messages is rather hartening, being that I've never been able to convey the true magnatude of Clusters to any aquaintance. I was always known as "the guy who had to pull of the road with the red and swollen shut eyes and the temporary cro-magnon brow ridge". It's nice to see a forum devoted to this. Oh yeah, for what it's worth, I had my first attack when I was about 10, doing rapid bicep curls with weights at the onset of an attack works and sometimes I take a boiling hot shower if I wake up at 3 am with a nice skull splitter.
