I understand absolutely! I walked around for YEARS thinking I was suffering from brain tumors they couldn't find, cranial bleeding they also couldn't find, God knows what else. When I wake up at night it's hard to believe I'm not dying from SOMETHING. Since I found this board, I walk around at night telling myself over and over that "it's just pain, it's not actually killing me." It doesn't help the pain but it does help my ATTITUDE towards it. I know I haven't expressed this clearly but I hope it does you some good anyway.
