Anyone have any dealings with numbness and lack of circulation(coldness) in extremities after an attack? Has anyone also noticed a distinct swelling of the soft area above your eyebrows (brow ridge/area in infront of sinuses)?? One last thing... I looked around in the "ameliorative steps" and didn't see a trick I've been using for the past 10 years. That being the use of a shower. Water in mass amounts in any form, whether it be drinking it or standing/floating in it, seems to provide me with a bit of relief. Any thoughts??
