Hi,
I use Isoptin from Knoll as well and it works fine for me.
My MD told me to take 3 pills a day, morning, noon, evening (best before going to bed)
It kept me cluster-free for about a week now (except the day I missed my morning pill).
Maybe you should try to spread the dosage over the day as well?
