Well I looked into the meds. Serzone and Elavil are antidepressants, but not the same class. Serzone is not a SSRI, and Elavil is a SSRI. Probably no problem there. Another use for lithium is to threat manic type depression. If that is you... I wonder if you could keep the lithium and ditch the Serzone and/or Elavil?

Vicodin and Oxycontin are both semi-synthetic narcotics. Their CNS depressant effects are additive... so I wouldn't take too much Vicodin.

Vicodin and Midrin both contain acetominophen, and the dose is additive. I wouldn't take them together. OTC pain killers like tylenol also contain acetominophen, so what you take adds up. Please don't drink if you're taking acetominophen
as it can mess up your liver.

Neurontin is a anticonvulsant commonly used for epilepsy and head injury induced seizures. 1800mg/day is the maximum recommended dose. I would question why you're taking it at all, unless you do have seizures or are prone to them.

Lithium seems o.k. but the dose level that works for CH is close to the toxic level; so the dr should monitor your serum lithium level.
