Inderal (Propranolol) is a beta blocker and a good choice as a migraine preventative, but of not much use against CH.
Whether you have a heart condition or not, it would probaly be a good idea to exchange the beta blocker for calcium channel blockers (Verapamil). With this many clusterhead have good results.
