There is a drug called Topamax (also known as Topiramate) that has been trialed in the States recently on CH sufferers with apparently very encouraging results. It's more normally used as an antiepileptic treatment. I don't know whether it has been put on 'general release' yet or whether it is still n the hands of a few specialists. Might be worth asking your doctor about? Best wishes
