I think I know what you are going through Allen. I had four sinus operations before being diagnosed with cluster headaches. As the others have suggested take a print out of the information from this sight and show it to your E.N.T man. Then get an appointment with a good neurologist ASAP.
As far as quick pain relief goes then as far as I am concerned OXYGEN RULES. The inhalation of 100% oxygen at the appropriate volume at the first sign of an attack can bring relief in as little as 5 to 10 minutes. Again the details of the equipment you need are contained on this site.
