When you are in the middle of a bout, there is nothing else in sight, pain behind and pain in front f you.
But if you catch a moment of quiet between attacks, try the buttons with all the information on the left side of this message board.
Also, read up on the oxygen treatment - a. it is not a preventative but an abortive, and b. it is often applied in the wrong way - it should be with a non-rebreather mask and a valve that delivers 7-15 liters p. minute at least.

You are in a living, earthly hell; try getting out of it by using knowledge instead of waiting for your doc to think up something new, or using so much demerol.
