Of the form:
Tested POSITIVE for candida
OR
Tested NEGATIVE for candida
Only do the test first thing in the morning. Do not eat, drink, gargle or brush your teeth prior to test.
To do the test:
Fill a clear glass with water.
Gather some saliva in your mouth.
Spit into the glass.
If your saliva stays as a nice clear blob floating on the surface then you have tested NEGATIVE.
If your saliva:
a) turns grey or opaque
b) produced tendrils that drift downwards
c) sinks
d) spreads out across the surface
e) breaks ups
f) all of the above
Then you have tested POSITIVE for candida.
