I was able to reply so fast, Flash, because I did the spit test a few weeks ago when Miguel was teling us about Candida.

I also checked about the milk/lactose threat and was informed that it had to do with too much antibiotics in milk cattle.

I know antibiotics are used here and there as growth enhancers for cattle, and to make beef more tender.
In my country AB is not allowed for cattle that are used to supply milk - only after calving and then the milk is monitored till AB-traces have gone, before it is passed for for human consumption.

I even have a report on milk refused after checks and AB-traces all in all make up only 0,1 % of the reasons for milk turned back.

I do have a candida of my big toe nails (not the small ones, it turns out, not the toes itself, let alone the foot.) But the spit test (if it IS any good) confirms that I do not have candida all through my body.

So what are we going to do about all my clusterhead compatriots - for a theory?

Walk out of confusion and into beauty - and keep looking, annemarie
