Sorry to hear you're having a tough time. I think it's criminal the way they price Imitrex. Luckily I'm in Canada and only have to pay $10 a shot, but at 3-5 shots a day it's still breaking me. I've found that O2 works quite well, but often I have to use a lot of it to get through an entire headache. The Imitrex nasal spray doesn't work nearly as well as the injections for me, I'd stick to the needle (no pun intended) if I were you. As for loss of sex drive there has been quite a bit of study into hormone changes in cluster patients. Lee Kudrow (Lisa Kudrow's father) did a study in the mid-seventies that found that testosterone levels were significantly lower in male cluster patients during an active cluster period. He did not, however, believe that the changes were enough to affect the libido.
