I don't know how mygrafew differs from feverfew and I also do not know if it is compatable with Zomig...I do know that I have been taking mygrafew (and magnesium) since my natrupath prescibed them last March or April. I should be in the middle of my CH cycle. I have been having shadows (similar to discussion under mushrooms the other day)off and on for the last few months. Maybe I am just lucky and this has nothing to do with the supplements. But,I plan on continuing to take it until something changes. Meanwhile, I find it interesting that the mygrafew has done nothing to help with my migraines. Just my experiance.
