My eldest son(Now 26) had a similar problem when he was about that age,only with out the head pain, he would just get distant looking in his eye's and pass out, It was related to low blood pressure and standing up too fast. I can't remember the name of the condition but it is common in tall, thin young people that are having growth spurts. Girls also have the added problem of the hormone developement which might be the cause of the headaches. Hope she gets over this soon with out any lasting affects. I remember how tough it was to deal with back then for us! Pappy
