I read (and answered to the author) an article about cluster headaches on one of the main Italian magazine.
I give you some excerpts:
CH is an intermittent headache that last 1 or 2 hours
CH sure triggers are stress, smoke, Alcohol, sleep alterations, excessive sunlight
One Sumatriptan injection stop attacks in 90% of cases
Verapamil is a preventative that function in 80% of cases
Midas questionnaire is the best way to determine the migraine social impact (Hey CarlD do you agree?!? :-) )
The newest research about CH is on serotonine receptors 5HT (a brand new research channel)
